We are delighted that following our Ofsted inspection in July 2022, we have received a rating of GOOD. As this was our first full inspection, we are very proud of the result and the inspectors were incredibly complimentary about our trainers, highlighting many elements of effective training.
“Apprentices are well supported by trainers to develop their confidence, independence and resilience. Employers notice that apprentices are more competent and independent in their roles and in communicating with the parents and carers of the children in their care”
Brighter Horizons “are committed to raising aspirations, improving attainment and developing the quality of early years workers”.
We were particularly pleased to see that our commitment to having specialised trainers was recognised and praised.
“Trainers are experts in the early years sector and have many years of experience of working in different types of settings. As a result, apprentices benefit from the effective training methods and up-to-date industry knowledge that they require to be successful in the workplace”
