Our essential training collection covers a number of subject areas which will make a significant difference to practitioners – giving them strategies to extend the way they work with an understanding of how this would develop and support outstanding practice.
The Safeguarding course provides all staff with training to support EYFS update training compliance. British Values and Prevent concentrates on the four values introduced by the government in 2015 to help keep children safe and promote their welfare; specifically in relation to terrorism and extremism. These are: Democracy; The rule of law; Individual liberty and Mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs
Underpinned by the proposed new inspection framework and education frameworks, we use the latest research to support understanding, develop practice whilst tying the subject into the EYFS framework.
Training is delivered via different methods to keep the energy high and subjects relevant. These include presentations, scenarios, film footage, group work, action planning, 1:1 support, activities, surveys and questionnaires.
