Training is provided by our lead SEND practitioner. Exploring SEND in detail with a review of how research has shaped expected provision, we help participants identify how to provide a compliant and child centric role in their setting which enables them to make a real and positive difference to the children and the families in their care.
Training is delivered via different methods to keep the energy high and subjects relevant. These include presentations, scenarios, film footage, group work, action planning, 1:1 support , activities, surveys and questionnaires.
Underpinned by the proposed new inspection framework and education frameworks, we use the latest research to support understanding, develop practice whilst tying the subject into the EYFS framework.
