About Us

Brighter Horizons delivers outstanding training and development programmes that focus on the needs of Early Years staff. We were established in 2016 and are based in Billingshurst, West Sussex. Our director, Antonia Ogden-Meade, is a nursery owner who has many years experience in the early years sector. For a number of years now, she has worked alongside Ofsted and also understands how the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework (EYFS) impacts on your business.

Our Values

As a company, Brighter Horizons is a passionate supporter and advocate of early years learning. Research tells us that this phase of learning and development for a child makes an unquestionable difference to the rest of their lives. Any issues not addressed before a child goes to school will remain throughout their school life. It is this belief that underpins the style of learning our training team use to deliver every programme.

What We Offer

Our philosophy is to offer excellent training at affordable prices. From apprenticeships to level 5 qualifications for senior Early Years staff, our programmes help your team to translate theory into practice. The knowledge gained makes a real difference.

Brighter Horizons offers apprenticeships at level 2 and 3 (starting in September 2019) and our list of short courses, which support staff and business owners, is growing rapidly. Our most popular courses run throughout the year.

The childcare community has warmly welcomed the concept of delivering courses with such a positive impact on practice!
